Map ProductsADASHI 3.0 products include NAVTEQ premium street maps for all of the US and Canada. ESRI-compatible international street maps can be provided as extra-cost options. GSA Schedule PricingGSA discount pricing under our Schedule 70 Contract No. GS-35F-0500K is available to qualified domestic purchasers. Due to recent changes in federal regulations, state and local government purchasers are now qualified to purchase under our GSA supply schedule. Volume DiscountVolume discounts are available based upon the cumulative number of licensed copies purchased. Software Maintenance and SupportSoftware maintenance and support is included at no charge for the first twelve (12) months after license purchase. After the first year, the annual price for software maintenance and support is 20% of the license price then in effect. Software maintenance and support includes all maintenance releases and unlimited telephone support during regular business hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. A renewal grace period of six (6) months is automatically granted following the expiration of software maintenance and support. If maintenance and support are renewed during the grace period, the renewal will take effect on the previous expiration date. If it is not renewed during the grace period, the licensee will no longer have the option to purchase maintenance and support; in that event, the licensee will have to purchase a new software license to obtain maintenance and support, including future updates. Software TrainingADASHI 3.0 software training is available and can be customized to your organization’s specific needs. Contact us for a price quotation. Purchase TermsF.O.B. Origin, shipping is not included. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Prices do not include any applicable sales or use taxes. Normal terms are Net 10. Net 30 terms are offered to qualified, domestic purchasers. We accept MasterCard and VISA. Your credit card will be charged only when the product is shipped. International orders, outside the US and Canada, must be prepaid prior to shipment and an export license is required. Delivery LimitationsDue to the sensitive nature of the ADASHI technology, ADASHI is only distributed to verified Emergency Response Providers. To receive the software, you must be an employee or official of a recognized federal, state, or municipal government public safety organization or other related authority charged with responding to emergencies including nuclear, biological, or chemical incidents. Please allow up to two (2) business days for us to independently confirm the information you provide in order to determine your eligibility. Once we have confirmed you are eligible and arranged payment, shipment will normally take place within one (1) business day. Standard shipment is via USPS First Class Mail. Return PolicySales to purchasers who tried our software for free prior to purchase are final; no returns will be accepted. All other purchasers may return software for any reason at the purchaser’s expense within 60 days of purchase for prompt refund; a 10% restocking fee per license will be applied against the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Software must be completely uninstalled from the licensed computer(s) and all materials returned to us at the purchaser’s expense in as-new condition.
